Project Team Leader - Agency

An independent events, conference and exhibitions agency with an enviable list of clients within Banking, Defence, Automotive and Life Sciences. Working in the UK and internationally, the core business is conferences and exhibitions, plus some show organising. Friendly, fun company based in Hertfordshire, 40 mins from Liverpool Street. Home working is negotiable.

The RoleAs Project Team Leader reporting directly to the Operations Manager your remit is to manage a team of five project managers and executives to deliver exhibit programmes. As well as managing your own projects you will oversee the entire programme and be adept at preparing finance and other account information for client reporting.

About YouThe ideal candidate will be experienced in project management and client handling, your skills and experience will include:

Project management expertise of exhibits (healthcare knowledge or experience will be an advantage)Ability to manage clientsManagement experience - Appraisals, training, development and resource planningKnowledge of processes and their implementation

Experience of other event types would also be an advantage.
