Human Resources Officer
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Working as part of the recruitment team within the HR and Training Department, you will deliver a high quality recruitment and general human resources service.
The HR Department supports six Clinic directorates, covering a wide range of professions and job roles in a competitive sector with areas of skills shortage and high turnover.
We are looking for someone with recruitment experience including building effective partnerships with service users on recruitment campaigns and with the ideas, enthusiasm and drive to make measurable improvements to recruitment outcomes while maintaining a responsive and efficient administrative service to managers, employees and applicants.
You will need a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, good interpersonal skills and the ability to form effective working relationships to deliver excellent customer service. You will ideally be competent in using a HR/Payroll software system, with an interest in developing service effectiveness and efficiency through the use of software tools. You will be able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of recruitment process and best practice and a general understanding of employment law and how it impacts on the work of HR.
Ideally, you should be CIPD qualified or working towards a CIPD qualification.
