Opportunities are currently available at the Croydon site although they are also interested in hearing from candidates who would be interested in a role in Central Manchester to support future business growth.Our client is the UK’s leading provider of professional rehabilitation and case management services to the insurance industry, solicitors and corporate clients. From absence management to tailored rehabilitation programmes, they ensure the patient / injured party journey is as smooth and effective as possible without over-medicalising the process.You will provide MSK / musculoskeletal telephonic triage, on-going telephone clinical support and advice and referral for treatment via evidence based pathways to their large corporate customer base. You will need to tap into your clinical knowledge and skills as you telephonically work in partnership with injured clients, setting collaborative goals and empowering individuals to support their recovery and assist their return to employment.To work as a Rehabilitation Case Manager, ideally you will:• Be a physiotherapist, sports therapist or sports rehabilitator with a current HCPC / SST / BASRaT professional registration or eligible to obtain one.• Have previous experience of working within a telephonic or face-to-face rehabilitation case management role. If you have not previously worked in a case management role, full training will be given.• Have a passion for health care and patient well-being.• Have sound clinical reasoning and decision making skills.• Have clinical experience and knowledge of current evidence-based practice in managing MSK / musculoskeletal injuries.• Be highly organised and able to manage and prioritise your own workload.• Be IT literate and have a minimum intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office software packages, and an aptitude to work on in-house databases.• Be a confident and effective communicator both on the telephone and in writing.If you wish to be a part of an award winning, ground-breaking organisation, then our client is for you!All successful applicants will be subject to an Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.Our client supports and promotes diversity in employment.Please apply online with your CV and covering letterPlease check your email for confirmation that your application has been received and to follow further instructions if applicable.
