Contract  for Search Consultancy in Derby

HR Administrator: Shared Services x 2 - 6 month FTC - East Midlands Airport area(Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire)Up to £16,000Our client is a market leader in their field and a house hold name. Due to expansion, growth and seasonal peak, our client will be looking for 2 experienced HR Shared Service Administrators to support their HR function based on the Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire boarder close to East Midlands AirportAs HR Administrator, you will help to provide an excellent HR Administration service to all staff which will include providing advice and resolving queries via telephone and email. The HR Administrator will also help to administer Absence data to include doctor's certificates and monitoring entitlement. As part of your role you will administer any contractual changes as well as processing additional hours.The HR Administrator will process both starters and leavers which will include using PeopleSoft to enter new starters details, process bank details etc, organising P45s etc. As HR Administrator you will also send out new starter information emails and process holiday requests. You will also issue all contracts and letter where appropriate.To be successful in this role you will be an experienced HR Administrator ideally with exposure to a shared service environment.
