Ecommerce Analyst

As an Ecommerce Analyst and responsible for Conversion Optimisation you will develop winning conversion optimisation and analytics processes. Undertaking a range of one-off & ongoing conversion optimisation & web analytics projects from the initial thought process to full execution and analysis. Responsible for forensically analysing thewebsites and optimising there performance. This varied role includes: reporting results, trends and insights, working to optimise and test user journeys, drive efficiencies across online marketing channels, and maintain site tagging.Responsibilities will include:• Executing online campaigns for testing and ongoing optimization• Implement, run and management of A/B and (MTV) Multivariate testing (landing pages, creative, copy, call to action etc.)• Identify customer Journey/Usability improvements of high/low-converting web/category pages and sales funnels.• Testing Algorithms and Analysis• Identify customer clusters and personas using customer visitor behavioral and purchase data• Online Merchandising/Search - Coordinate the visual display of products across the site to continuously evaluate and change the product upselling and crossing to optimize sales results.• Web analytics Google analytics expert producing regular management reports• Real-time campaign testing, optimisation and analysis• Segmentation Analysis & implementation• Understanding the psychology of a website’s visitors through Analysis of customer behavior, purchasing patterns etc.• Produce best-practice conversion audits of competitor’ sites. Producing learning’s to benefit the brands. Developing distinct, effective conversion strategies for both ecommerce and lead generation• Refine existing conversion optimisation processes & develop winning setup processes, use of analytics, multivariate tools and best practice methodologies.• Turn techniques into clear process documentation.• Use tools & judgment to give quantifiable feedback to the eCommerce team to ‘achievability’ key performance targets.• Driven to improve conversion rate through proactive identification of areas of improvement• Analysis through onsite tools and analytic systems to provide management information• Leading and maintaining onsite categorisation based on industry standards and Google analytic• To increase conversion rate and minimise clicks per order• Produce standard analytic reports including funnel and customer journey• Report on, analyse and present recommendations for campaigns and the customer journey based on analytics results and testing performance.• Produce recommendations based on testing and analytics• Educating team members to allow them to improve their KPI’s
