Inbound PART TIME Customer Service Advisors are needed in Didsbury to work on a temporary contract until 31/1/15. The role could become permanent for the right candidate.The role starts on Tuesday 18th November 2014.You must pass a CRB check to be considered for this post and not have any holidays or days off booked until 31 Jan 15.
The role pays £7.40 per hour and the hours are working part time evenings and weekends on various different shift patterns, as follows:
P66 = Mon, Wed 6pm-10pm & Sat 9am-8pm (17.5 hrs)
P65 = Tue, Thu 6pm-10pm & Sat 9am-8pm (17.5 hrs)
P41 = Mon, Tues, Thurs 9.30am - 1pm & Sat 8 hours (17.25)
Please be aware that the training is 4 weeks Tue, Wed, Thu & Fri 5pm-9pm and Sat 9am-5pm for FOUR weeks, so you must be able to commit to all of this.The ideal candidate will have previous call centre or customer service experience and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.This job starts immediately and is an ongoing temporary role; however, there may an opportunity of the role becoming permanent, for the right candidate, depending on business needs.The main duties and responsibilities for this role are as follows:Taking inbound calls from customers with general enquiriesProviding a world class customer service over the telephoneEstablishing the customers needs by asking effective questionsLogging all information accurately on the in-house systemWorking to customer service targetsDealing with complaintsThe ideal candidate must have a passion for customer service and team work and have a positive and friendly attitude towards customers.
