Learning & Development Manager
Interim L&D Manager - Liverpool - £34k per annum - 3-6 Months
Our Liverpool based client is currently seeking an interim L&D Manager to join their team for minimum 3 month period whilst they review the current structure of the team.
The successful candidate will join a well known organisation and head up a small training team with two direct reports covering two sites in the region. Ultimately, you will work with managers across the business, developing learning plans for all staff to ensure the sooth running and continued development of the organisation.
Candidates who wish to apply for this role must be immediately available with experience of managing a L&D function and be able to communicate effectively with staff all levels on a daily basis.
Although this is currently a temporary role, initially lasting anywhere between 3-6 months, the post holder will be given the opportunity to apply to the upcoming permanent position within the team.
