The Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) is the independent regulatory body of the Law Society in England and Wales. It regulates solicitors, firms and other individuals.

Corporate Solutions provides services to the Law Society and SRA in the following areas: HR, IT, Finance, PPMO, Sourcing, Property and Risk Management Assurance. Our vision is to build and run a high performing shared services operation which partners with our two customers to provide the services they require to deliver their core goals.

Corporate Solutions are looking to recruit a Document Services Officer to assist the post room team in delivering a high quality print and post room service to the Law Society. The role holder will be working within a small post room team and alongside a second Document Services Officer. With proven print skills and experience in a customer focused role you will be able to produce professional quality documents and team statistics whilst working within a facilities environment. You will be willing to offer post and porter support as and when required. A mature and confident approach is required to deliver effective customer care to all levels in writing, face-to-face and via telephone with the ability to establish good working relationships.

Essential:

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and experience:Computer literate - Microsoft Office, MS Publisher, Page maker, Adobe Acrobat and other copier related softwarePrevious experience in the use of Ricoh (or equivalent) machines and document manipulationPrevious experience in a similar post / print environment operating mid volume digital machines and a range of finishing equipmentPost, print, stationery and courier services experienceExcellent customer service skillsExcellent communication skillsExcellent team working skillsA flexible approach

Desirable:

Previous experience operating postal equipmentProven experience in a similar role providing post, print, stationery and courier services
