Purchasing Assistant

Permanent  for Office Angels in Milton Keynes

Working under the supervision of the Service manager / Service Team.Liaising with all departments within as required by the job.Produce purchase orders in support of service.Support internal departments in all areas with regard to the Management of internalinfrastructure.MAIN TASKS OF JOB:. Placing of orders for the service department & production consumable parts.. Monitor stock levels vs usage/lead times. Search & interrogate the infrastructure for data to verify the above.. Receive / process & close stores queries with our suppliers.. Work within reasonable deadlines & timescales to support Finance, stores & Buying.. Where necessary, contact Vendors direct to expedite the processing of the abovedocumentation.. Administration roles to support purchasing activities..
