Music Licensing Manager - Hampshire

Basic Salary £35,000 per annum + car + uncapped commission
We are looking for ambitious, highly motivated ‘face to face’ sales professional with a successful track record in driving sales and revenue and also account and territory management.
This is a challenging role and the key purpose is to meet with customers and potential customers in the Hampshire territory, identify their music usage in all market sectors, and maximise licence revenue.
Key responsibilitiesBased from home, you will be responsible for prioritising your own daily tasks, planning and organising your week/month of customer visits; maximisation of revenue streams, selling music licenses through proactive management and monitoring of area and accountsSourcing new business, building successful relationships with customers within licensing territory; work to unlicensed premise lists as appropriateEducating, advising customers on the licensing terms and conditions ensuring their understanding; promoting music usage within premises to increase consumption and introduce music, where it is not playedCalculate and issue licences, ideally obtaining full payment at point of agreementMonitor arranged ‘payment agreements’ and revisit where payment agreements are not metUndertake ‘reassessment’, account management and debt collection duties; information regarding previous licensee to be collected for debt actionBuild and maintain successful networking within areas of PPS to ensure good communication mechanism within the business
Experience and SkillsProfessional confidence with a proven track record in account managementTenacity with a flexible approach, combined with a high level of personal drive, motivation and enthusiasm to exceed target and succeedExcellent interpersonal, communication skills, with a high degree of problem solving in changing economic situationsMust have the ability to engage, influence external and internal decision makersPossess sound knowledge of the territories, taking full responsibility of managing your ‘business’ and any additional work within your role.Competitive, analytical with good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
