Helpdesk - 1st Line Support / German speaking Stockport 25K
The job… You will be working with minimal supervision responsible for providing first line support in relation to hardware, software, applications and also voice / data networks. Essential characteristics desired include results-driven, excellent communication skills, proven track record of first line support, and ability to work independently as well as part of a global team. You will be working closely with field service engineers to help manage calls through from initial conception through to resolution and close. You will be maintaining a proactive approach to the delivery of IT service delivery to the business. You will also be dealing with and assisting in the resolution of user complaints. It is imperative that you can speak fluent German as you will be providing IT support to users in Germany.You will have… ?Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in a helpdesk and technical support operation or equivalent. ?Fluent and have Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills in English and in German.?Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows Operating Systems.?Knowledge of Citrix Metaframe.?Knowledge of supporting users in a Microsoft Active Directory Environment.?A structured and diligent approach to problem logging and resolution.?Excellent customer service skills.?Excellent Desktop support skills.On offer is a basic salary of up to 25K with a fantastic benefits package!
