Job Title: Project Desk Administrator

Location: Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire

Contract: Temporary to Permanent Position - Immediate start available!

Salary: £18,000 p.a

Hours: Full time Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Company Overview:

A great opportunity has arisen for a Project Team Administrator to join a driven, proactive and ever-expanding team in Hertfordshire. It’s an exciting time to join this business, and due to expansion and a new project this position has recently come available. To be considered for this opportunity you must be able to work well under pressure and be happy to work within a male dominated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·Hire and off hire equipment

·Place orders daily where high accuracy is essential

·Arrange deliveries from the office to on site projects

·Ordering all company stationary

·Ensuring printers, fax and photo copiers all have paper daily

·Receive quotes from suppliers and negotiating best prices

·Filling paperwork away in relevant folders

·Placing orders with suppliers

·Ordering workforce uniform, issuing uniforms and keeping records

·Setting up dinner meetings as and when required, booking meeting rooms

·Ensuring meeting rooms are tidy and well organised

·Sending out weekly hire log sheets to all Project Managers and the Maintenance Team

·Empty the recycling bins and fill up cups twice a week

·Putting together folders for new projects

·Answering telephones and relying messages to the appropriate department

Experience/Skills Required:

·Strong Communication skills

·Confident telephone manner

·Excellent Attention to detail

·Computer literate, experience with: Outlook, Excel, Word. Personal Qualities:

·Professional, confident, upbeat telephone manner

·Resourceful/use of initiative

·Organised/ability to multi-task
