Role Summary:Our HR Advisers are at the very core of what we do.Sitting at the forefront of our service proposition, they remotely support line managers to successfully manage and resolve ER issues, from the routine in nature to the more complex and highly sensitive.Transcending the traditional “show and tell” approach to manager, focused HR advice and guidance, our Advisers coach managers to get it right first time. They contribute to building manager capability, gradually reducing longer term reliance on HR professionals for the more routine and manageable ER issues they regularly encounter.
We don’t try to impress our service users with our encyclopaedic knowledge of codes of practice, statute or case law. Instead we help managers to focus on the practical steps they need to take to start managing the situation.
