Permanent  for Search Consultancy in Leeds

Office Administrator - 6 mftc £13,000 pro rata Leeds - LS28 An excellent opportunity is currently available to join our national client as an Office Administrator based in the LS28 area of Leeds. This is small yet friendly office and you will be supporting a team with a range of administration duties on a 6 month fixed term contract. Duties for the role do vary however the client is in the process of moving to a paperless system; therefore the majority of the role will be scanning a high volume of paper files to a new CRM system. Other duties will include faxing, photocopying, scanning, data entry, shredding and postal duties. In order to be considered for the role you will need recent office administration experience and be able to commit fully to a 6 month contract. Working hours for the role are 9-5 with half an hour for lunch and free parking is available on site.
