Finance Assistant

Permanent  for Office Angels in South West London

We are excited to be recruiting for our Client as they look for a new experienced member to join their business. Finance & Accounts Administrator £24k-£25k + Generous Benefits + Flexi time Wimbledon Continued growth for our outstanding client has created opportunities within the finance department. Finance, Expenses, and accounts Administrator. As the finance assistant you will be responsible for: *Prepare, calculate and process the monthly branch rebate to branches from Sage Finance. *Check reports for accounting errors prior to payment of Political and General accounts and carry out any necessary adjustments. *List and calculate Branch 12 monthly gross rebate figures for General fund and where necessary withhold any monthly rebate payments in accordance with the nationally agreed procedures. Prepare monthly reports showing accumulative figure. *Transfer and process all rebate related payments *Process and administer Branch Expense Claims including checking and coding for payment either individually or via branch rebate. Amend where necessary and discuss with branch officials. *Ensure all Expense Claims are correctly coded prior to posting into Sage and are authorised by both the appropriate budget holder and Trustee before processing. *All BACS payments completed within the weekly/monthly deadline. *Assist in all other financial matters relating to Branch Accounts and Personal Expense Claims processes and procedures *Sage Line 50 and Sage Instant Accounts This is a fantastic opportunity to join a great company in Wimbledon.
