Customer Service Advisor
I am looking for experienced customer service advisor to work with my client. Working for a rapidly growing organisation this role is a great opportunity for the right person who wants to grow within an organisation, be successful in their role and earn a competitive salary.
The main purpose of the role is to assist customers in their need and ensure you take ownership of every customer contact, ensuring they receive excellent customerservice across a variety of enquiries. As a customerService Representative, you will resolve the customer`s queries effectively and efficiently in a positive and engaging manner. You will provide an experience and respond to the needs of the customer in a professional manner ensuring all areas of call quality and compliance are adhered to.
Your responsibility will be to understand the needs of the customer and provide solutions that fit, deliver exceptional customerservice in pro active manner as well as work as part of a team within a fast paced, dynamic call centre environment and be an ambassador for the business.
Experience of working in a customer driven environment preferably within a Contact Centre along with a proven track record of working to and exceeding targets, excellent communication and rapport building skills as well as the ability to pay attention to detail.
