CHARTERED BUILDING SURVEYOR
A commercial real estate services and investment management company are looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their west London Building Consultancy team.
The company are a global powerhouse, with 50,000 people working in over 70 countries dealing with regional and international real estate needs for a diverse portfolio of clients. Due to a sustained period of growth the building consultancy team require a Chartered Building Surveyor to provide commercial consultancy advice across said client base. Though the main focus of the role is within central London, work is also expected throughout the UK and Europe. The Chartered Building Surveyor will be responsible for medium-to-large instructions as well as developing new avenues of revenue. The successful development of client relationships will also play an important part in the role as will assuming management of junior team members. This is a demanding role with a sometimes heavy workload so only experienced and proven Chartered Building Surveyors who can perform at the top level need consider this role.
The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will be MRICS qualified with a minimum of 3 years PQE. Commercially aware, the right individual will have all the attributes required for such a role (enthusiasm, self-motivation, excellent communication skills) as well as being adept at negotiation skills concerning client-facing duties. The Chartered Building Surveyor must have commercial experience in Dilapidations, Technical Due Diligence, Development Monitoring, Contract Administration and Planned Preventative Maintenance.
