Sales Director, West London, £70-80k Basic, OTE £120k-150k+

Reporting to: CEO & CFO

Founded in 2006 our client provides global investment solutions for High Net worth Investors.

A British owned and operated partnership; Our client has offices in London and South America.

We are seeking to add a dynamic sales professional to help grow their Investment Team. The successful candidate will be adept at establishing and maintaining relationships with HNW clients.

Key Responsibilities:

·Management of a team of up to 8 Investment Consultants

·Regular training of team, including training in the psychology of selling, processed selling

·and implementing motivational techniques

·Daily use of CRM systems to manage, maintain and monitor leads and clients

·Regular KPI reporting – weekly, monthly and ad-hoc via CRM system

·Proven track record of client relationship management

·Management of leads assignment, pipeline, forecasting, planning and reporting

·Daily monitoring of leads pipeline across team

·Attending scheduled events throughout the year as part of lead generation programme

·Pro-active identifying of opportunities for sales process improvement

·Working closely with Chief Marketing Officer to ensure effective lead management, KPI

·reporting and sales and marketing processes

·Assisting the marketing team in identifying effective lead generation sources

·Directing and supporting the consistent implementation of company initiatives

Key Accountability and Performance measures:

·Achievement of sales, profit, and strategic objectives

·Accountable for the thorough implementation of sales structure and initiatives

·Accountable for accurate and on-time reporting essential for sales effectiveness

·Achievement of strategic objectives defined by company management

Profile:

·Education: Degree or equivalent

·Experience: Minimum 5 years sales management experience

·IT: Adept in Microsoft Office suite and CRM

·Travel: Willingness to travel

·Relevant Employment Experience: Investments fields including real-estate, commodities and alternative investments; regulated financial services or banking environment (mortgages, pensions, insurance, brokering, etc.)

Requirements:

·Experience in setting-up Sales Teams

·Client References

·Demonstrable record of leadership execution, including meeting objectives with deliverables

·Proven record of new business development

·Ability to reach new markets and clientele
