HR Advisor (Temporary)
This leading luxury retail brand based in Swindon has an immediate requirement for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis. This role will last initially unitl the New Year but, has a strong possibility of becoming permanent.
Due to the success of their brand and continued rapid growth, an additional head is required to assist the HR Manager with all aspects of Human Resources, whilst providing outstanding internal and external customer service.
This generalist role will see you providing daily support to managers and employees on any and all HR queries across the business, encompassing; employee relations (D&G, absence management etc), Payroll (answering queries and helping prepare payroll data), maintaining employee records, producing analysis and preparing induction packs, offer letters, and any other HR related documentation as and when directed.
Suitable applicants will possess proven experience at Advisor level and have a solid understanding of employment law. You will have excellent communication skills, great attention to detail, be accurate, able to prioritise your own workload, anticipate issues and adapt to change quickly. You will also need plenty of initiative and a strong understanding of brand awareness.
