The Role – Graphic Designer & Digital Media Apprentice:

One of the UK's premier fragrance suppliers require a Junior Graphic Design & Digital Media Apprentice to work on our client's existing portfolio as well as further extend their product range. The role involves working under the guidance of the Senior Graphics Designer on a number of high profile fragrance brands owned or directly under licence. 

Your duties will include some of the following elements:

• Art working. 

• Graphic design.

• Creative design.

• Web design and maintenance.

The Candidate – Graphic Designer & Digital Media Apprentice:

Ideally, you’ll be bright, creative and ambitious, looking for a challenge. You must have a real passion for both graphic and web design which you can showcase in some of the projects you’ve done either at school or college. You should be a team player, able to work to deadlines in conjunction with internal departments such as Technical, R&D, and Marketing. You should also have an appreciation for the web both in design and from a user perspective.

If successful, you will have an excellent opportunity to learn new skills and work on projects from start to completion. This will include elements of client contact and working with advanced tools of the trade such Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

Skill Set – Graphic Designer & Digital Media Apprentice:

The ideal candidate should have good design skills and knowledge of working with Photoshop and other Adobe products. 

Length of Contract:

• A 12-14 month apprenticeship where you can also gain an industry qualification.
