This isn't any old HRBP role, this role is another key element to the success the business has seen and this appointment will ensure several key business segments are effectively looked after by a dedicated and visionary HR Business partner. The key ingredient is personality, the pace and change within the business lends itself to a confident and outgoing individual who can really feel at ease with all levels of staff, but who can also influence coach and lead. A sense of humour is a key requisite too, the pace is fast and you will be integral to the businesses ongoing success. CIPD qualified ideally, and of graduate calibre. A relocation package is also available for the successful candidate if required too.
