Content Marketing Manager

The National Outsourcing Association is both the industry and professional body for outsourcing. We are a membership organisation, representing the interests of companies and individuals which span the breadth of the outsourcing industry: buyers, suppliers and advisors.

Our work is centred on guiding members on best practice through a code of conduct and guiding principles, raising standards through education and training and promoting the value of outsourcing to the broader business community.

The content marketing manager role is a broad and varied one. At a top level the role is centred on producing quality content to both grow the NOA’s membership base and fulfil on some of its membership subscription services in the form of quality, educational content.

The role requires the individual to:

Manage the NOA’s website for content flow / creation and maintenanceDraft promotional fliers for NOA services, such as events, workshops, campaignsDraft industry content for best practice guides, opinion pieces, market research reports

The individual will need to have an avid interest in monitoring and reviewing emerging trends in the outsourcing space to help drive campaigns.

Key activities within the role include:

daily monitoring of news and activity across the outsourcing industryidentification of hot topics for use in PR campaigns and eventswriting of opinion pieces, blogs, etc copywriting of industry reports, research reports, publications content creation for the NOA’s Outsourcing Yearbook maintenance of social media channels, including LinkedIn and Twitter.

The NOA is comprised of a small, dynamic team offering the right candidate an exciting and broad role with great scope and potential. The role requires the individual to be capable of multi-tasking and self managing (though there will be support from the broader team and Projects Director and CEO). The role seeks a do-er, as the end-to-end process from campaign idea development through to implementation, needs to be handled.

The salary bracket for this role is from £28,000 - £35,000. We are seeking an individual with a minimum of two years direct experience.
