This expanding creative studio are seeking to fill the key position of a: Digital Marketing Specialist / Manager - with immediate effect. They are looking for someone to lead them into the future by implementing and developing their client-focused web marketing strategies for small to medium enterprises.They are looking for a professional with an ambition to succeed, who is results driven, and confident to contribute to the company as a technical leader. You will need to have a pro-active attitude and ideally have client-facing experience.Over time, you will be expected to develop a team capable of delivering their strategic and tactical web marketing strategies. Along with this, you will need to be able to spot any short falls in the strategies and implement changes across the offering. You should ideally understand situational analysis, and the creation of marketing plans to guide businesses forward.You will need to develop consultancy skills as going forward you will be responsible for one-to-many client meetings, while being able to direct clients in the use of on-line sales techniques.An analytical mind will be required, as a proportion of your time will be spent measuring and recording statistical data for analysis. Marketing plan creation will become a crucial part of the role as the strategies they deliver form the backbone of their digital marketing campaigns.Successful candidates should enjoy working in a well-managed team environment, have the enthusiasm and ambition to complete projects to the highest standard and want to be part of an organisation that has high quality values.Required skills:They are looking for a talented marketeer to join their team, ability and commitment are as important as your current skill set. Candidates with all levels of experiences will be considered, however previous agency experience will be highly advantageous.Essential skills:- Understanding of Google Analytics- Understanding of PPC platforms such as: Google Adwords, Yahoo! Bing Advertising- Excellent grammar and formal business writing skills- A good understanding of organic search - Multi-channel campaigns- Email marketing strategies- Social media marketing- Search strategies- Usability, and a user-centric approach to developmentAdvantageous skills:- Previous agency experience, all levels- Excellent client relationship skills- Google Adwords Certified - either Search advanced or Display advanced qualifications- Bing Advertising Accredited- Google Analytics Certified- Marketing qualification - Degree, CIM or CAM- Adobe software- Experience of the full project management lifecycle: from requirements gathering and functional specification, authoring, to development, testing and delivery- Commercial experience in delivery of marketing plans or digital strategies- Project management skills
