Store Manager (Jewellery) 

Overview:

Our client is a highly successful jewellery retail organisation with over 20 shops covering the length and breadth of the Country. They were awarded Multiple Jeweller of the Year 2012 and 2013 and again in 2014 and Investors in People accreditation in 2013. In what is a truly exciting time to join their Company, they are seeking to recruit a Store Manager for their soon to be opened flagship store in the Gyle Centre in Edinburgh. As Manager you will inspire and lead your team in order to help them become even better at what they do and to remain truly “A Cut Above”.

My client offers their customers a high end experience, sharing in all of their special occasions, from engagements and weddings, to birthdays and anniversaries. Our sales people have an important job to do in making sure that each and every one of our customers leaves with the perfect gift.

For Store Managers they are looking for:

Previous experience as a Store Manager within the Jewellery and/or Luxury Goods sector or an ambitious and talented Deputy Store Managing aspiring to manage their own storeProven track record in driving and achieving KPIsExperience of recruiting, managing, inducting, training and developing a productive sales teamA demonstrable track record of operational excellenceA vibrant, imaginative and warm personality, combined with an inspirational and engaging leadership style and a “can do” approach.Previous jewellery experience preferred but not essential – Jet 1 & 2 qualified advantageousExcellent knowledge of luxury Swiss watch brandsAs a diamond merchant, excellent diamond knowledge would be beneficial
