Our client is an AIM listed, integrated, wealth management group, founded on the principle of providing a better private client investment service. After 23 years in practice, that principle is still the cornerstone of the company.

They now have an opportunity within their Edinburgh team in an Executive Support role. The successful candidate will support the Investment Managers and New Business Development team and will take responsibility for meeting and greeting clients upon arrival to the office, answering telephone calls from clients and Professional Advisers and arranging and preparing for meetings held both internally and externally. A large amount of communication with clients and advisors will be key. The candidate will assist with the preparation, formatting and distribution of documentation such as application packs and quarterly/annual reports, as well as be responsible for the establishment and maintenance of compliant client records via the Figaro database. Other general administrative duties such as scanning, filing, post and other adhoc project work will also be required.

The successful candidate will have previous work experience or an interest in the financial services sector and be committed to establishing a career in the industry. You must be computer literate, well organised and detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills and willing to work towards financial qualifications.
