HR / Office Manager
Blusource HR are currently recruiting for a HR / Office Manager to join a great business based in Mansfield.
The role is a very varied position overseeing both HR and general business areas such as:Maintaining HR recordsProcessing new starters and leavers, issuing contracts of employment, offer letters and all the other essential documentsSubcontractors, ensure compliance with HMRCMonitoring and maintaining daily attendance, ensuring adequate absence reporting and make sure managers manage absence appropriatelyJob specificationsAppraisalsManage the company training plan, training records and grant claims.Administer the Company Pension Scheme and BUPAInsurance - ensure adequate cover is maintained, additions / omissions are notified where necessary.Insurance claims, personal injury and motor accidents. Collate all information from relevant parties and liaise with Directors, insurers and solicitors.Fleet managementCompany maintenance and service contracts.Ad-hoc projects and PA to Managing Director.
