Account Manager

Contract  for Office Angels in Chester

My Client, a leading brand in its field, is looking for an Account Manager for a 12 months maternity cover starting in July.Based in Chester, the successful candidate will be a graduate ideally from a media background as well as experience working within a sales environment. Having own car and driving licence is essential for this role. Responsibilities?Managing the development of revenue by achieving agreed targets, meeting with clients, preparing presentations and creating ideas for new business. ?Making at least 8/10 appointments per week with decision makers. ?Identifying and developing new business opportunities to expand and develop working relationships ?Driving, maintaining and developing existing business partnerships ?Presenting and executing business proposals to a high standard ?Keeping up to date with market trends and competitor activity ?Developing industry relationships to create future business development opportunities. ?Spending part of the week travelling to various cities meeting with new and existing clientsKey Skills?Commercially minded with business acumen. ?Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport whilst communicating with decision makers at all levels. ?Strong digital sales background. ?Planning/time management/self-organisation and self discipline. ?Initiative - proactive and able to work independently. ?Ability to sell across a number of print and online platforms, combining them to match detailed customer needs. ?Confident on the phone. ?Able to work with others and in a team. ?Determination and drive to succeed. ?Goal-oriented. ?Dependable - takes responsibility for own actions, keeps commitments Benefits ?£23,000 per annum salary plus a bonus scheme?Car allowance?Ipad?Blackberry
