Client Relations Adviser/ ManagerClient Relations Adviser/ Manager required for a brilliant company in gorgeous central Edinburgh office. style office culture, table tennis, dress-down, Friday drinks / pizza and most importantly the authority to act on your own initiative. Client This company is trying to turn financial services upside down. That's all. Their product is known in the industry as a 'wrap platform' - pretty meaningless language but essentially a website which allows financial advisers to manage their clients' money more effectively. They are very into transparency and creating better client outcomes. They believe that makes them pretty unusual in financial services. ROLE Reporting to the Client Relations Director, the Client Relations Adviser is responsible for building relationships with new and existing IFA partners. Providing them with an operational support facility ensuring service standards are met. The Client Relations Adviser co-ordinates enquiries between the Administrators and IFA Partners ensuring effective management and timely completion of responses.
