An exciting opportunity is available for work for a thriving engineering and construction company looking to recruit a Sales Administrator in Ellesmere Port. Paying between £17,000 and £20,000- with the potential to continuously progress- this position is starting as soon as possible and is 3 months temporary to permanent; offering training, career growth and stability.

I am looking for someone who is very client service driven and understands the importance of customer service, as you will be supporting 3 directors with account support, liaising with a variety of clients whose services differ. Graduates with the right attitude are welcome to apply.

Working in a small office, your duties and responsibilities will include:

Processing orders- up to 10 orders a day from various clients, in which you will need to learn their unique business requirements, such as pricing structuresLiaising with clients over the telephone- no sales is involves. This is only in a service capacityData input and use of SAGE- training is given for this and experience is not requiredBuilding relationships with customersMarketing- formatting flyers, sending off to print and mailingsMaintenance of the website- writing the news blog, social media (Facebook and Twitter)Using Microsoft systems such as Word and ExcelUp-sell during service calls- be able to identify client needs and offer them more products if relevantAdministration support for 3 directors- filing, faxing, e-mails and printingCollating documents
