Office Administrator working in the General Office22K – 25KCroydon SurreyMonday – Friday 9 – 5.30A great opportunity for an experienced office administrator to cover maternity leave that is able to multi-task and communicate at all levels whilst working as part of a team in a small office. A confident communicator with previous office experience who is committed to join a successful family run business in the construction industry.Working with a small team the successful candidate will need to have experience in the following;*Copy Typing *Responding to emails *Opening post and distributing *Answering the telephone and intercom *Ordering stationary *Keeping the copiers stocked with Inks (Reporting any problems any problems etc) *Typing up invoices/application/making sure we have enough Construction Industry Scheme Certificates *Creating Quote files *Creating order files and updating database, including Q&A sheets *Looking after the franking machine, i.e topping up postage and making sure there is enough ink labels *Filling of files (quotes & orders) re-arranging of the files (storage) *Keeping the database up to date/ Print off monthly report *Printing of plans/ docs for the estimators *Plant Hire board *Holiday Board *Printing of and checking Westminster parking- weekly and monthly *Send out time sheets to the labourers *Keep the Dispatch notices organised and file monthly *Keep the decline box to a manageable size *Shredding *Help with mail merge retention letters *Giving and taking requisitions Numbers *Arranging Couriers *Keeping the phone systems and lists updated *Signing for Parcels in the office This opportunity is for 12 months and would come with 25 days holiday 5 of which will be taken at Christmas.Office Angels is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
