A corprate and exciting Finance company is now hiring and we are currently seeking a corporate receptionist/administrator based near Liverpool street. This role requires a confident, articulate candidate who can use their initiative. Working in a busy and demanding environment, some of your duties will include:-*Front of house duties as well as undertaking various administration tasks*Meet and greet clients*Administration including billing clients and database changes*Diary management and making travel arrangements *Assistance with / attending marketing events*Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel & Power PointOur client is looking for someone who can work well under pressure as time will be split between reception and back office duties.
