Customer Service Advisor - Sidcup - £17,000 - £19,000 plus a very generous commission structure!My client is a well established Insurance firm who are experiencing rapid growth. As a result of their growth they are looking to add a new member to their sociable and vibrant team based in Sidcup. They are looking for a customer service focused and driven individual to join their Outbound team. Joining a tight knit and supportive team, you will be responsible for making outbound telephone calls to prospective customers and clients to generate interest in the products that my client has to offer. You will gather information and once interest has been created you will pass it across to the relevant team.You will be a naturally engaging individual who has the ability to build rapport quickly and to gauge information from prospective clients. You will preferably have previous customer service or sales experience. You will possess strong customer service skills and a good telephone manner.On offer to you is a generous basic salary of £17,000 - £19,000 as well as the opportunity to increase this with a competitive commission structure. Hours of work will be 9-5.30pm Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and 10.30-7pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. A short morning of 9-12.30pm would be required every other Saturday.
