An exciting opportunity has arisen to join this forward thinking company at their Sheffield head office as an Office Administrator, due to continued growth and expansion. Our client is looking for experienced individuals who have worked within an office based environment at the forefront of the business handling multiple administrative tasks on a daily basis.You should not apply for this role if you have not worked within a similar role.
This is a ‘hands on’ role and daily tasks will include:-Creating a filing system and ensuring records are properly recorded and archivedAnswering and directing telephone calls in an efficient and effective mannerGeneral admin, post opening and redirecting accordingly to the appropriate departmentResponsible for greeting visitors and organising refreshmentsAssisting with diary management and appointment makingMaintain and implement company database sending quotes and filing records accordinglyfollowing up marketing literature placing orders and chasing where requiredgeneral office tasks as directed
Essential SkillsGood IT skills including word, excel & database managementMinimum 2 years experience in a similar positionProfessionaland articulate mannermulti task, able to prioritise workloadUse own initiative Methodical and good time keepingExcellent communication skillsGCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths
