Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 per Annum + Benefits

Our client is a truly integrated communications agency where they go beyond engagement. They have the in house expertise and the knowledge to not only move people, but to get them to act. 

Their 100-strong, highly experienced team create and deliver experiential events, communications strategy and brand marketing campaigns for some of the leading names in the UK.

As an event project assistant you will play a vital role in assisting the day-to-day delivery of some of their most exciting experiential events and brand campaigns. You’ll lead on small-scale jobs or specific areas of larger projects, producing innovative, inspiring work for a diverse roster of clients – including FTSE Top 100 companies. 

As the Event Project Assistant You’ll support the PM, Senior PM or Project Director as required, working closely with their in-house Events, Operations and Creative teams to help deliver work efficiently, sustainably, profitably and on time. Projects you work on will not only meet gross margins, but gain repeat business through exceptional customer satisfaction, audience engagement and word of mouth.

Event Project Assistant will support the event team in costing, procurement and supplier management. You’ll help manage project files, purchase orders, critical paths and production schedules. You’ll keep information on company systems up-to-date and input into project review meetings and debriefs. You’ll also support the business development team by working on a wide range of pitches and tenders.
