Programme Manager – Airborne Surveillance ProjectsLutonProgramme Manager – Airborne Surveillance Projects: A Programme Manager is required to join a world renowned defence company in Luton to manage and deliver EW Naval Projects.Programme Manager – Airborne Surveillance Projects Responsibilities:* Accountable for the SAGE business plan which, in broad terms, details how we plan to sell SAGE to the marketplace. * Deliver the SAGE 5 year IBP.* Complete development of SAGE core system and expand the product range with modular building blocks.* Working with sales, capability and engineering develop and execute the SAGE product road map.* Seek to develop external relationships to exploit position on platforms.* Develop agile, flexible and cost effective solutions.* Deliver both company and customer funded work to develop our next generation of ESM products.* Generate an achievable and agreed IPT plan.* Analyse potential partner relationships for the product.* Seek to develop the relationship with ASUASS to establish position on UAVs.* Manage the entire product line life cycle.Programme Manager – Airborne Surveillance Projects Requirements:* Demonstrable ability to influence at senior management levels.* Successful delivery and management of multi-million development contracts through IPTs.* Detailed understanding of CSRs and financial controls.* Working knowledge of Engineering, Commercial and Procurement aspects of project execution.* Presentation of Business Plan(s) for SAGE products to support required level of Company investment* Close contact with customer stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction maintained.* Typically degree qualified or equivalent.This position is office based with regular travel within the UK and overseas with overnight stays.Please note that this position requires you to gain SC clearanceApply now or call Steve on 01923 225581 for more information
