This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading Financial Institutions as a Fraud Agent on an initial 2 month temporary contract in Northampton NN4. The pay rate is £8.50 per hourStandard Hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday, Saturday on rotating shift pattern 9am-2pm. This is one in 3 usually.The purpose of this role is to resolve queries from companies Customers (Internal & External), provide excellent customer service and ensure that relationships with our customers are maintained and developed at every opportunity*The jobholder must have the ability and willingness to give and receive information without confusion and misinterpretation*Dealing with inbound fraud call ensuring customers are dealt with efficiently and effectively*Actively reducing fraud losses through analytical ability, including point of sale queries*Instigate arrest at the point of sale with agreement from your Line Manager*Very high customer service skills to ensure relationships between all internal / external customers are maintained to the highest level*Should be co operative and be able to work equally with others*Have a good team spirit and is expected to work with enthusiasm and have a positive manner.*Must encourage and promote a positive and pro active approach to change*Have an understanding of Barclay’s products and services.*Will deal with complaints. Will resolve the complaint to a satisfactory status that is both beneficial to the customer and in the Banks best interestsPerson Specification *Knowledge of systems and procedures operating within the Centre Ability to analyse queries and make informed decisions *Previous experience working in a customer service, high volume role. *Shown a willingness and ability to learn. *Worked as part of a team *Worked in an Environment that has enabled them to gain an understanding and knowledge of the Financial Services markets and the products, services and the customer of the business area being supported.
