Book Keeper/ Financial Controller Job Description:WIP project accounting and analysis, including project performancesWorking closely with operation teams to ensure budgets are adhered toWeekly project review meetings with project managersPO authorisation controlDaily cashflow managementCost saving reportsCredit control/scoring and opening new accountsManagement of purchase ledger, sales ledger, banking and postingsMonth end reconciliation and review of all transactionsAccruals and prepayments, Journals and depreciationRevenue recognition and reconciliationVAT, PAYE, P11d’s and PSA agreement submissionsIT experience inc Excel, Sage and Job Costings
Preferred hours 9am - 2pm Mon-Friday, but minimally flexible to create a 25 hour package. (5 days essential per week)
