Campaign Analyst- Halifax Call CentreTo Support the successful delivery, review and evaluation of outbound campaigns for the Outbound Call Centre and other business areas and provide day to day reporting and analysis.FCA/TCF* Deliver service excellence to our customers through compliance with all FCA regulations and TCF obligations and protect our reputation * Ensure that all outbound dialler campaigns are designed to meet all relevant regulatory rules and guidelines People/leadership* Operate as an effective role model – demonstrate behaviours and maintain standards that are expected of everyone within the department.Results* Support the Campaign Manager in ensuring the campaign is optimised at all times and fulfils campaign owner expectationsService* Always provide effective and professional services to all Campaign ownersProcess/Operations* Support Campaign Project Manager in all aspects of campaign planning, including resource required, duration of campaigns, data usage, system requirements, etc* Undertake in depth campaign analysis, highlighting areas for potential improvement * Maintain and produce daily, weekly and monthly performance reports, agent statistics and analysis.* Provide support for the undertaking of regular campaign reviews with ‘Campaign’ owners* Produce campaign analysis and reporting, cost benefit and post campaign analysis.* Proactively review all relevant processes and look for improvementsStrategyProduct* Maintain an appropriate level of Swinton product knowledge.Cross Business involvement* Build and maintain effective relationships with all relevant parties – inc owners of outbound dialler campaigns.* Ensure all questions and issues are resolved quickly and thoroughly. * Support the outbound dialler team as and when required.Industry/External* Promote Swinton at every opportunity and enhance awareness and reputation of the brands.* Maintain an appropriate level of industry knowledge regarding the use of outbound diallers.Personal development* Undertake any required training and complete any action plans set by Campaign Planning Manager.* Continuous personal development to ensure behavioural and technical skills / knowledge are up to date.
