Customer Service AnalystUp to £24,000 per annumCrawley, SurreyPermanentAn exciting opportunity and brand new role has arisen for a Customer Service Analyst to work within the Call Centre for our client based in Crawley, West Sussex.The role of Customer Service Analyst, will involve:* Day to day management of the planning team (2 staff)* Analysing trends within the call centre and suggesting improvements to be made* Implementing and following through with improvements and projects* Overall responsibility for forecasting within the call centre of all customer contacts* Providing MI (management information) on all areas of customer contact* Supplying detailed analytical commentary to support dataAs a Customer Service Analyst, you will require:* Proven experience of working in a call centre environment in an analytical/analyst role* Strong data analytical skills, along with written and verbal communication skills* Trained and certified to intermediate level of MS Excel and PowerPoint, along with other areas of MS Office* Ability to produce detailed written reports and graphical analysis in a variety of data* A proactive approach, with ability to suggest improvements* Good people management skillsThe role of Customer Service Analyst is based in Crawley, West Sussex and is offering a salary of up to £24,000 per annum.
