Customer Coordinator£16,000+LeedsAn excellent opportunity to join an expanding Leeds firm as a Customer Coordinator within their customer care team. You will provide professional support to a variety of customers, ensuring set SLA’s are achieved and the client receives an excellent level of service. Duties for the role include the following:* Respond to requests for technical assistance via telephone and email* Log all customer contacts in internal CRM system* Providing users with 1st line software support and help as required* Creating engineer service tasks * Creating chargeable tasks when a customer requires a de-fit or a re-fit * Keep customers updated with progress on their fault tickets * Follow standard help desk process’s * Escalating problems to 2nd line as appropriate* Manage new business installations including liaising with the customer by phone, scheduling engineers and completing installation tickets* Ensure engineers close the tasks down that you have created, the same day* Carry out stock movements of stock used by engineers using the intranetYou will have experience of working within a high volume scheduling position, working to meet client SLA’s. You will be a strong team player, have excellent technical skills and a professional approach to client care. Due to client requirements you will be subject to a basic disclosure check. Working hours for the role are Monday to Friday 9 – 5:30, overtime is available on Saturdays and works on a rota basis.
