Head of Business Faculty
The Protocol Interim Management Team are working with a College based within London to find a Head of Faculty, who would be responsible for the Business, Economics, Finance departments of the college.The successful applicant will be responsible for a team of 10-15 members of staff and must have relevant management experience within an FE college.You will be expected to lead and manage the entire Business department and the departments within, including the Finance and Economics departments. A continuous improvement of the programme delivery and standards will be expected.The successful applicant will develop the appropriate syllabuses, materials and schemes of work, as well as ensure the appropriate assessment, recording and reporting for all courses and be aware of new developments within the subject areas for each department.
