Project Administrator

Contract  for Search Consultancy in Liverpool

We have an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work within a and busy Project Administrator role, to support a large team of managers on various projects. This role is based in Liverpool area

Duties will include:

Supporting the senior management team on a daily basis with various administration tasks

Responsible for typing reports and documentation, ensuring the information is highly accurate,

Updating their database ensuring the information is highly accurate

arranging Travel, accommodation as an when required

Diary management and arranging client meetings

Booking meeting rooms and arranging conference calls.

Supporting the management on tender documents

Responsible for supporting recruitment team on compliance and recruitment administration

This role will suit candidates who have experience of working within a busy and challenging role, who is use to working within a fast pace environmnt. You must be a confident individual as dealing with a very demanding directors on a daily basis and have the potential to put your hands to anything they require your support on, Excellent IT knowledge is essential as you will be working on all Microsoft packages.
