·To place all incoming customer orders onto the system promptly, checking manufacturing details and lead-times.
·Generate relevant paperwork for each order, to be sent to the production department, ensuring all details are clear and precise.
·Ensure correct prices are applied to orders.
·Inform the Office Manager/ Purchasing when goods need to be purchased and supply all relevant documentation.
·Pass any drawings through to the drawing department with clear references when sending paperwork into the production office.
·Liaise with customers regarding order queries, costing’s and lead times.
·Ensure all details regarding amendments to orders are relayed into the production office and actioned with up to date documentation.
·Answer incoming calls and emails and follow up with the relevant action.
You must have previous experience in a similar role so you have some experience of Order Processing. For more information please apply online
