We currently have an opportunity available for a Customer Service & Business Administration Tutor/Assessor to join the Apprenticeship Team.

Within the role you will undertake tutorials, either on a one on one basis or as a group and assist with recruitment by interviewing, enrolling and inducting students. You would be expected to carry out the necessary administration related to the teaching programme, undertaking duties associated with the design and development of teaching materials and learning resources while also participating in the extra curricular activities of the department.

The successful Tutor/Assessor must have a teaching/assessing qualification (as appropriate) coupled with a subject specialist level 4 qualification, or level 5 new standards. You must have experience of teaching/assessing in this subject area.
