Key Requirements:

Graduate 2 years Plus ++ PA experienceExcellent MS Office & General computer skills

Ability to multi task, time management skills, communication skills, highly organised, carry out instructions timeously and efficiently.

Day to day:

Meeting / greeting and looking after visitors

Answering calls and directing calls from switchboard

Typing up and formatting documents

Keeping computer records and files up to date

Photocopying and filing

Managing staff appointments

Setting up meetings and taking minutes

Preparing board packs

Booking / travel arrangements

Proof reading documents

Attending various embassies, obtain visas and/or legalise documents

Liaising with staff at company offices abroad

Offer general administration assistance to the Executive Committee and legal team.
