Customer Suppport Advisor
Customer Support Advisor required for a growing company based in Wellington. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, thriving team in a fast paced environment. This is a full time role working either 9am-5:30pm or 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday with a salary of £17,000 - £19,000 PA DOE plus a monthly sales bonus based on company profit.This is a customer service based role with a sales element and the successful candidates would be speaking to customers on a daily basis delivering an exceptional customer experience.The role will include;-Taking customer orders via the telephone and email-Providing customers with quotes-Negotiating best rates with suppliers-Account management-Dealing with delivery issues and scheduling of deliveries-General administrationThe successful candidate must have some experience within customer service, be articulate, able to build rapport easily on the telephone and be driven to succeed in a fast paced and pressured environment. They must also have a high level of IT skills and have worked with databases in the past.
