Job Title: Skills & Learning Facilitator - WorkwiseLocation: HertfordFee Rate: £17.00 - £19.00 per hour (inclusive of preparation & marking), plus Statutory Holiday PayLooking for an exciting and fulfilling work opportunity?Protocol is working on behalf of an established Further Education college within the Hertford area, which requires a Learning & Skills Facilitator to join their bright and industrious Care department ASAP. The college are looking for a candidate who can deliver 25.5 hours per week on Level 1 & 2 programmes involving Children, Care and Health.The focus of your role will be on the learner, ensuring they receive any appropriate support, assisting them in their lessons as well as monitoring their performance and attendance. You will also play a role in contributing to the development, design, review and evaluation of the curriculum and associated learning materials.You will be required to provide practical instruction to students on a range of level one/two programs and deliver the underpinning knowledge required to facilitate application of skills and produce high quality lessons. As part of this you will work closely with the Lecturers about the content of the sessions and mark/assess learners work accordingly.To be suitable for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria;Essential:- Hold an Level 3 vocational qualification- Have proven experience within the Further Education Sector- Have proven experience of providing outstanding support for learners. - Be flexible and self-motivated with a dedication to student achievement and quality.Desirable:- Have up to date knowledge and experience of the Care industry- Be educated to degree levelExperienced in a different subject?
