Temporary  for Office Angels in Plymouth

Our client in the Plymouth area is seeking a skilled Accounts Officer to join their team on a temporary basis to cover a period of holiday coverYou must be available with no pre-booked appointments/holiday booked from 08/10/2014 until 05/11/2014The successful candidates duties will include: * To ensure all suppliers and customers are paid within the specified payment terms * Registering staff expense claims * Petty Cash claims * Purchase Ledger using SAGE line 50/500 * Dealing with supplier queries by phone or email * Reconcile supplier statements * Investigate over due accounts * Running Payroll Experience/Skills required: * Accounts experience – Purchase Ledger * SAGE line 50/500 * Available immediately * Knowledge of Construction an advantage Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week Pay £6.66 – £7.00 per hour To apply for this vacancy please email your CV to or call 01752 600476 for more information Please note Office Angels is acting as an employment agency regarding this vacancy
