An exciting opportunity for a Contact Centre Team Leader to work for a successful and very fast-growing internet shop, reporting to the Contact Centre Manager. Founded in 2003 and appearing in The Sunday Times Fast Track 100 for the last three years (2011, 2012 and 2013), we have undergone a sustained period of impressive growth, outstripping every one of our competitors.Ideally from a similar background, the successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of managing individual and team performance and will have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be results-oriented and have the ability to challenge current ways of working.Key duties will include:Leading and supporting a team of Contact Centre Advisor'sRegularly review and appraise staff in line with objective setting and appraisal managementProactively manage efficient team delivery and output within agreed service levels and business targetsEnsure training and development plans are maintained for all team membersDealing with customer complaintsAssisting with the planning of incentives for the teamPro-actively review and question procedures, looking at ways of ensuring we provide the best possible customer serviceThe successful candidate with receive the following benefits:20 days holidays per year, an additional day per year of service up to a maximum of 25 daysCompany bonus scheme (after 3-months probationary period)Company contribution pension scheme (after 3-months probationary period)Free on-site parking
