Sales & Transport Administrator

Temporary  for Office Angels in Gloucestershire

Our Client based in Newent are looking for a Sales & Transport Administrator to join their team on a 6 month contract. The role will involve: Sales Order Processing - inputting orders, maintaining data records (eg price lists) on SAP, liaising with dispatch and transport to ensure completion and allocation of orders. Checking prices on orders after substitutions, changing when necessary to ensure invoices are correct. Completing returns orders when required and liaising with the necessary departments to ensure completion.Dispute Management - investigating customer disputes as allocated, liaising with FSC and sales team in order to resolve them, sourcing relevant supporting documents (eg POD's) and responding through SAP Dispute Management. Raising disputes through SAP in response to customer queries.Working with the Transport Co-coordinator, assisting with transport administration, completing loading plans, updating spread sheets, liaising with drivers and contractors. Calling the necessary contractor in to repair defects when required.Forecasting - collating weekly/monthly forecasts for Hereford Dark Meat sales to measure and improve accuracy of sales. Distribute to the sales team.General upkeep and maintenance of sales and transport records and files.Responding to customer queries, ensuring a prompt response to the information they require, for example details of their deliveries.Assisting the sales team in the running of the office on a day to day basis.Undertaking any additional task as directed by the Sales or Transport team.Office Angels are an Equal Opportunity Employer
